OMNICOLOSx is an arts & multimedia production house focused on social impact. Our 501(c)(3) is based in NYC and powered by purpose-driven artists and creative professionals from around the world.

Frances Van Mak
Co—Founder

A former Vietnamese refugee and student of Parsons School of Design, she is a versatile creative with over 25 years in the art, wellness, and design industries. She has innovated in the food industry and created wearable art statement pieces for the Met Gala, New York Fashion Week, and Soberano Awards. Most notably, she designed the ceremonial inauguration gloves for Michelle Obama.
The work she creates is rooted in both meaning and accessibility, made to reach communities that need the most inspiration as fast as possible.
Deeply invested in inspiring future generations, she works with high-profile social impact organizations such as Ford Foundation and The King’s Trust Intl.
Based in Lower Manhattan — she works closely with the Harlem, Bronx, and Brooklyn communities. A former martial arts professor, she has also worked closely with Brazilian performance artists for over two decades.
Equiano Mosieri
Co—Founder

A multi-disciplined storyteller and performance artist with extensive experience in youth empowerment and social justice advocacy through research, education, fine arts, theater, and entertainment. A Brandeis Uni fellow, Tennessee State grad, and Emory alum.
He has performed live for over 250,000 people in 3 continents and 8 countries.
His 20 year journey has taken him worldwide, teaching creative expression to refugees across Europe, & performance therapy to people incarcerated in the US.
Through his work with The TEAK Fellowship and Keen Teens Theater Fest, he armed our next generation with the power of storytelling – inspiring hundreds of youth to transform life hurdles into lifelines. He is also an advisor to The King’s Trust Intl.
